    We built Core Desk to provide specialist technical capacity without making construction organisations unnecessarily heavy.

    Construction workloads are rarely consistent. One month an estimating team may have sufficient capacity; the next, several tenders can arrive alongside revisions, supplier queries and live-project demands.

    Core Desk provides an additional layer of estimating and technical resource. Our work sits primarily within preconstruction, where accurate quantities, clear scope understanding and well-prepared submissions materially affect both whether work is won and how successfully it is delivered.

    We are developing specialist teams around defined construction sectors rather than building a general outsourcing business.
